Please read our terms and conditions. When booking any appointment you agree to the salons T&C’s. 

• We are a friendly salon. Under no circumstances will abusive or aggressive behaviour be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who does not follow our policy.

• Under no circumstances do we offer refunds on any treatments within the salon.

• A £30 deposit will be taken on all aesthetics and hair appointments. A £10 deposit will be taken for lashes.

• The deposit paid is non-refundable or transferable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment. under no circumstances will the deposit be transferred or refundable.

• Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. We allow a grace period of 15 minutes.
